We are primarily a new construction contractor but we also do large remodels and additions. Our structure is not right for smaller projects like a small bathroom update, but we can point you to someone who can help.

The owner of Blackmore Custom Homes will be your primary point of contact from the beginning of the project through completion. You will receive regular updates, have scheduled opportunities to review the work and key decisions on site, and won't be passed between different layers of management.
-
There is a lot of variation depending on the size and complexity of the home, but generally our construction phase is 9-12 months from the day we break ground.
-
You do not, we can help you decide if a project is the right path for you and if it is, where to start.

We do, if you already have plans and designs we will be happy to work with you and your team. We also have designers, engineers, and architects we can recommend and enjoy working with.

This is a commitment to each other to coordinate design and specifications prior to committing to building the project. We will collect a deposit and bill against this deposit. The deposit is non refundable and the amount will vary depending where you are in the project and how much coordination before construction begins will be required. This is separate from the management fee that is in place during the construction of the project.
During this period we remove risk from the project, for both of us. We will nail down what you care about and if we are a fit, where we should spend and where we can save, our budget, and overall goals for the project.
